"The google search says they close at 5pm. Drove in from Killeen got there at 3 checked in at the computer that I needed title work done. Waited 30 minutes. Not bad. But when I get to the window the lady says they stop doing titles at three. There was hardly anyone there. They could’ve done my title!"
